FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological treatment of methanol-containing waste water in a membrane-type bioreactor. Method involves supply of waste water with methanol into a tank of a cyclic reactor with active sludge, where fresh water is added to dilute the mixture of methanol-containing waste water and orthophosphoric acid, enriched with nitrogen sources and treated with microorganisms, that are bacterial strains, which recycle methanol at 20–37 °C for 22–24 hours under anoxic conditions at oxygen concentration in mixture of 0.2–0.9 mg/l. Mixture of waste water treated with microorganisms with residual content of methanol then undergoes anaerobic, anoxide and aerobic-anoxide stages of biological treatment with active sludge in a membrane-type bioreactor. Active sludge is circulated through bioreactor membranes with simultaneous removal of biologically treated waste water in form of permeate through membrane pores. Further, the biologically treated waste water is supplied for filtration-reagent post-treatment, after which fresh water is collected, disinfected and transported to the main production.
EFFECT: obtaining biologically treated waste water corresponding to standards of discharge into water bodies of fishery significance, and their secondary use is ensured during post-treatment.
