FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: extractor consists of a cylindrical body with a perforated flat cover with the possibility of overlapping holes in it. On the cylindrical body is fixed a branch pipe for the supply of an extractant (alcohol) and a solid phase (oak chips of 3-5 mm), as well as a branch pipe for the output of the finished product (extract). In the lower part of the apparatus there is a gas-distributing device with a branch pipe for oxygen supply. Intensification of the extraction process of the target components from oak chips is achieved due to the uniform introduction of oxygen into the extractor, which leads to the creation of a bubbling layer and repeated mixing of solid particles throughout the volume of alcohol. As a result, oxidation of the propylphenol components of lignin occurs on a double bond with the formation of the simplest aromatic aldehydes such as vanillin, as well as oxidation of tanning materials of oak riveting with the formation of soluble products that improve the organoleptic characteristics of the finished extract.

EFFECT: increasing the intensity of extraction, reducing metal consumption.
