SUBSTANCE: group of inventions describes a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of disorders of blood lipid spectrum and an oral unit dosage form comprising a capsule containing the said pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition is characterized by containing statin dissolved in a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) based solvent system and contains 50% to 60% of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 15% to 25% of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and 1% to 8% of docosapentaenoic acid (DPA).
EFFECT: invention can be used to treat disorders of the blood lipid spectrum.
