SUBSTANCE: invention relates to infant alimentation field. One proposes a composition that is not human breast milk, containing at least one triglyceride, at least one phospholipid, at least one long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (LC-PUFA), arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. At least nearly 1% of LC-PUFA is conjugated in the composition with the said at least one phospholipid; LC-PUFA in the composition containing arachidonic acid (AA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is conjugated with triglycerides and phospholipids at the weight content of AA in the composition exceeding the weight content of DHA. One proposes a functional food product, an infant alimentation mixture, a pharmaceutical and a nutriceutical compositions containing the said composition. Additionally, one proposes methods for improvement, stimulation or support of development of the infant vision acuity and lipid peroxygenation reduction with the infant; improvement, stimulation or support of the infant growth quality; improvement, stimulation or support of the infant gut maturation involving the said composition administration to the said infant.

EFFECT: invention allows to provide for an improved composition of human milk substitute with the possibility to produce the said beneficial effects related to the infant development.
