FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of multilayer high-pressure cylinders with an internal lining of corrosion-resistant material, providing reliable storage and transportation of corrosive liquids and gases. The high-pressure metal-plastic cylinder contains a steel liner made in the form of a middle cylindrical part and two bottoms, in which fittings are fixed. The outer surface of the liner is covered with a composite material. In addition, the steel liner is coated on the inside with low-pressure plastic about 1.5 mm thick, and the outer surface of the liner is covered with glass-filled plastic grade RA-66 with a thickness of at least 5 mm with transverse annular ribs and longitudinal ribs with a width of about 10 mm and about 5 mm high. One of the fittings is equipped with a plug with a sealant on the threaded part of the connection.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable storage and transportation of corrosive liquids and gases in a high pressure cylinder.
