SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production and can be used in installations for hydroprotection of submerged oil-filled electric motors of electric centrifugal pumps for extracting formation fluid from wells. Device comprises a shaft, a head, a thrust bearing and a radial bearing, at least one compensating module. Said module includes two nipples connected by a cylindrical body and a compensating element dividing the module into two cavities. Said module comprises two end seals forming the cavity of the insulating chamber and mounted on a double circuit with an opposing arrangement of sealing rings. Cavity of the insulating chamber is hydraulically connected through check valves to the module cavity and annulus. Above the insulating chamber there is a dynamic labyrinth. Said labyrinth includes a dynamic bushing sealed on the shaft and a labyrinth bushing fixedly mounted with a radial clearance relative to the shaft and the dynamic bushing. Said labyrinth has no hydraulic connection with the cavity of the insulating chamber and the cavity of the compensating module.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the reliability and service life of the device by eliminating contact of oppositely mounted end seals with formation fluid.
