FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Patient in acute stage of stroke with apnea/hypopnea index ≥ 15 events/hour, against background of drug therapy, for 7 days, during the night sleep from 22.00 to 7.00, raise the head end of the bed by 30 degrees and simultaneously carry out continuous insufflation of oxygen through the nose canula at a rate of 2–4 liters/min. At the same time, the tissue saturation level is maintained at a level of at least 95 %, which is controlled with a finger pulse oximeter.
EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of restoring neurological disorders, which is achieved by the above-mentioned methods of the method.
