FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for minimally invasive stabilization of the vertebral-motor segment at the level of the lumbar spine. Percutaneous fixation of the vertebral-motor segment with transpedicular screws is performed. Anatomical arrangements of the vertebral-motor segment are restored. Access to the arched joints is provided punctureally and percutaneously. Bed for the transplant in the direction from the tip of the upper articular process to the base of the arch of the lower vertebra of the vertebral-motor segment is formed. According to the directing spoke the trocar is injected percutaneously with subsequent insertion of the transplant into the formed bed.
EFFECT: method allows to avoid denervation of paravertebral muscles, to reduce traumatism, to ensure reliable fixation of the transplant.
