SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat spondyloarthrosis. Puncture of soft tissues up to the medial articular processes of the facet joints of the vertebrae with injection needles bilaterally is performed. Sequential introduction of the laser light guide needles into the cavity and the implementation of bilateral laser osteoperforation of the medial articular processes of the facet joints until the surfaces of the lateral articular processes of the facet joints are reached. Next, the light guide and injection needles are removed, and an aseptic bandage is applied. In this case, osteoperforation is performed in a pulse-periodic mode of laser operation with two wavelengths of 0.97 microns and 1.56 microns and a power of 2.0 W and 5.0 W, respectively, with pulse duration of 100 ms and pause duration of 50 ms. Treatment is carried out under the control of an electro-optical converter.

EFFECT: invention provides the formation of arthrodesis of the facet joints by a minimally invasive surgical method without the use of orthopedic implants due to exposure to laser radiation in the stated modes.
