FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: mechatronic system for controlling the movement of a high-speed track vehicle comprises a diesel engine with a fully-variable regulator, an input gearbox connecting the engine with a hydromechanical transmission consisting of a torque converter and a mechanical gearbox, controlled by a valve box. The driven shaft of the hydromechanical transmission is connected to epicyclic gears of summing planetary gear sets, the pinion carriers of these sets are connected with leading wheels, the sun pinions of the summing sets are connected through a differential mechanism to a hydraulic motor of the hydrovolumetric transmission, which, in turn, is hydraulically connected to the adjustable hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump of which is kinematically connected through the mechanical gearbox to the vehicle engine shaft. A geared motor is included in the control gear of the high-pressure fuel pump. A second geared motor is included in the control gear of the valve box of transmission gear shift. The control units of the geared motors are electrically connected to the output of the onboard computer of the information-measuring transmission control system.
EFFECT: possibility of excluding engine failure and vehicle stopping in case of driver's erroneous control actions.
