FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to transmissions of mobile machines. Drive of steering differential group (SDG) of mobile machine is performed by internal combustion engine (1) and torque converter (TC) including pump (2) and turbine (3). Hydrostatic drive (HSD) comprises controlled pump (4), uncontrolled motor (5) and microprocessor control unit (6), which controls position of inclined pump washer (4). Turning mechanism also comprises two additive differential mechanisms (ADM) (7 and 8), a turning control knob (9), swirling shaft (10), a reverse swinging gear (11) of a swirler shaft, gyroscopic sensor (12) connected to a microprocessor control unit (6). SDG control method consists in changing the position of the inclined washer HSD to implement the turn radius specified by the handle. At that, turbine and pump TC rpm are measured, angular speed of rotation specified by turn control knob and angular turn speed, measured by gyroscopic sensor. Regardless of the operator, which sets the rotary motion control handle of the mobile machine by the rotation control handle, calculating the signal forming the turn angle of the inclined washer HSD by formula: where is the relative angular position of the inclined washer of the HSD pump, is the relative angular position of the turn control handle, iTC is the gear ratio of TC, ωGK is the angular velocity of rotation measured by the gyroscopic sensor, ωK is the angular velocity of rotation specified by the turning control knob, k is the amplification coefficient.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of turning control and quick operation.
