FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of linings of the inner part of hydrocyclones – sand nozzles, operating in an aqueous medium and medium of weak solutions of acids and alkalis to provide protection against abrasive wear. Composite material comprises a combination of stereospecific cis-1,4-polyisoprene with a content of cis-1,4 units of at least 96 % – SCI-3 and stereoregular polybutadiene with cis-1,4 content of 87–95 % – SKD-1, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, a modified 6.5 % by weight modifier – silicon carbide with a fraction size of not more than 40–60 microns, sulfur, 2MBT, guanide F, stearin, zinc white, carbon black P-330 and P-803, wax ZV-1, paraffin, indene-coumarone resin, rubrax, PN-6 oil, acetononyl H, diaphene FP, phthalic anhydride.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a rubber polymer material with increased rigidity, wear resistance and frost resistance.
