FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymerous materials technology and can be used in machine building for manufacturing of wear-resistant brickworks, applied for revetment of ore-dressing and mining equipment, wear-resistant products of structural purpose, operating in mode of abrasive wear in medium of petroleum, oil, lubrication, fuel, acids and alkali. Composite wear-resistant material on the basis of ultra high molecular polyethylene additionally contains 4 wt % nano-dispersed modifier, in the capacity of which it is used carbosyl, or tungsten oxide WO3, or silicon carbide SiC, or aluminium oxide Al2O3.
EFFECT: composite material, allowing freeze-thaw resistance, high resistance to galling and influence of aliphatic hydrocarbons.
