SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining hydrogen from water involves water decomposition under action of electric field by means of water coaxial condenser with insulated armatures to which high-voltage rectified voltage of pulse shape is supplied; at that, water decomposition into oxygen and hydrogen under action of resonant electromagnetic field the frequency of n harmonic of which reaches water free frequency; at that, water decomposition energy consists of heat and minimum consumed electric energy of water decomposition. Device for implementation of the proposed method is patented as well.
