SUBSTANCE: in saw blade (1) with body (2) and several cutting teeth regularly or irregularly distributed along tooth-carrier area (5) of saw blade (3) in tooth-carrier area (5) below cutting teeth (3), the thickness of saw blade body (2) is reduced relative to remaining blade body (2). Edges on the sides can be provided with chamfers to facilitate improved chip removal and chip direction.
EFFECT: increase in the rigidity of the saw's body and decrease in axial oscillations are achieved.
