FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of steel production and, in particular, cutting of raw steel blanks with high temperatures of at least 750 °C. Separating tool with a tooth-bearing body and a plurality of teeth arranged on the tooth-bearing body, wherein said tooth-bearing body consists of superalloy. Also, the tooth top is coated with cutting particles to form a plurality of geometrically indefinite cutting edges. Each tooth is formed by means of a projection and an insert, besides, the projection is located on the body carrying the teeth, and the insert is located on the projection, wherein the insert forms a tooth top and a cutting edge of the tooth, and the projection consists of a superalloy.
EFFECT: efficient and environmentally friendly separation of steel workpieces, which have high temperature, under water or with clean water as lubricant-coolant.
