FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device has grinding-sawing blade with system of microteeth. The microteeth have cutting surface, and hence located one after another microteeth are sharpened with alternating position along same cutting edge at right and left. Hence, the saw cut is treated alternatively at right and left sheared edges. At that tooth pitch of the microteeth is from 0.5 to 2 mm, and height determined by bottom of depression is below or equal to 1.5 mm.

EFFECT: invention ensures thinner saw cuts, and more careful treatment of the cutting surface.
