SUBSTANCE: mechanism (6) for the intermittent blocking of at least one escape wheel (5), said intermittent blocking mechanism arranged to cooperate with at least one regulating member (4) or balance (41), which is arranged to be actuated with an alternate motion under the action of elastic return means (7); mechanism (6) for the intermittent blocking is rotatably mounted in at least one lower plate (2) and forms integral one-piece component (20) with lower plate (2), wherein said mechanism (6) for the intermittent blocking comprises at least one pallet arm (61), made in one-piece with said plate (2), to which it is connected by elastic return means (65).
EFFECT: alternate motion of the mechanism is provided by an elastic returning means.
