FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to machine parts, and can be used in support units of shafts and axes of mechanisms and machines. Sliding bearing has antifriction liner, which is mounted on shaft (2) neck journal (1) installed in support housing (3), in the form of helical spiral made of thread (4) of circular cross-section, with its diameter laid on neck journal (1) along its entire length (L) and fixed with its ends at the ends of this neck journal (1). Turns of the spiral along the entire length of neck journal (1) are located at the same distance from each other. In the surface of neck journal (1), a helical groove for spiral turns is made, the depth of which is not more than the radius of the thread of the spiral and into which the turns of the helix are laid. And between all turns of the spiral, on the surface of neck journal (1), solid lubricating coating is applied, for example, based on graphite, the layer thickness of which is equal to the height of the protrusion of the spiral turns above the surface of neck journal (1).
EFFECT: technical result: optimization of the design of the sliding bearing, reduction of costs for its manufacture and increase of its wear resistance.
