FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to machine parts, and can be used in support units of shafts and axes of mechanisms and machines. Sliding bearing has the antifriction liner, which is mounted on the shaft (2) trunnion (1) and is installed in the support housing (3), in the form of a helical spiral (4) d, laid on the trunnion, along its entire length L, and fixed with its ends at the ends of this trunnion. Spiral turns along the entire length of the trunnion (1) are stacked at the same distance (b1) from each other. In the surface of the trunnion (1), the helical groove (5) is performed for all the spiral turns, the depth of the groove (a1) is not greater than the value of the spiral filament radius and into which the spiral turns are laid. In the intervals between all the turns, with an abutment to them, along the circumference of the surface of the trunnion, for example, by the method of surfacing or gluing, the powdered material (6) is applied, which forms the hard layer after hardening or drying, the height (a3) of which is not greater than the height (a2) of the spiral filament exceeding the surface of the trunnion (1). Filaments of the spiral exceed the height of the material layer (6) by the value of (a4).
EFFECT: optimized design of the sliding bearing and reduced costs of its production.
