FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering, in particular to the machine parts, and can be used in the supporting shaft- and axle nodes of the mechanisms and machines. A plain bearing contains an antifriction liner, in the form of the helical thread spiral (4) of the circular cross section tightly laid on the trunnion surface (1) and fixed on the ends of this trunnion(1) with its ends, mounted on the shaft (2) trunnion (1), which is fixed in the bearing casing (3). The trunnion radius (1) is less than the shaft radius (2) at the thread radius (4). The shaft (2) sections (5) on the borders with the trunnion (1) are inclined against the shaft axis (2) with the angle equal to the inclination angle (a) of the spiral turns, and firmly attached to the end turns of the spiral. The trunnion surface sections (1) at the borders with the adjacent shaft (2) surface sections (5) are conjugated with them along the radius of the 4th spiral thread, and the end thread turns (4) are closely adjacent to the surfaces of these conjugations.
EFFECT: invention improves the plain bearing reliability by ensuring the rigidity of its liner.
