FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Vibration isolator contains a base with a cover, with elastic mesh elements and inertial mass between them. Base is composed by the plate with mounting holes. Cover is designed with a central threaded hole for fastening of vibration isolated object. Inertial mass consists of opposed washers fastened to each other by vibration damping material. From above and from below of the inertial mass the mesh elastic elements with fastening washers are located. Fastening washers are rigidly connected to a base, cover and inertial mass. Inside each of mesh elastic element there is additional damping element made in form of centrally located pistons, covered by coaxially arranged sleeves with gap. Sleeves is elastically connected by means of damping gaskets with base and cover. Between the ends of the pistons and the bottoms of the sleeves are damping inserts made of resilient mesh elements. Each resilient mesh element is made combined from meshy frame filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
