FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Vibration isolator contains a combined spring with a built-in dry friction damper. To the combined spring oppositely connected two plates lattice damper. Each damper contains two oppositely arranged and resilient elastic elements of the lattice type, which are relative to their common vibro-damping base. Each of the elastic elements of the lattice type contains a base, an elastic lattice element and plates interacting with the bushings. Main lattice elastic element is supported by the lower part on the base and fixed by the lower plate, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure plate. Lower plate is connected to the base, made in the form of a fin with clamping holes. Top pressure plate is connected with central bucket, covered by coaxially aligned allowance of bush ring connected to the base. Between the lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom there is a flexible element. Elastic element is made of a lattice frame filled with polyurethane, or netted with the parameters of the lattice structure as at the main lattice element.
EFFECT: provided is higher efficiency of vibration isolation in the resonance mode, simplified design and assembling.
