FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Vibration isolator contains two opposed mesh dampers, between which an elastic element is located. Upper damper cover is designed with a central threaded hole for fastening of a vibration isolated object. Bottom damper base is composed by plate with mounting holes. Resilient element is connected to the upper lock washer of the lower damper and the lower captivating plate of the upper damper through the vibration dampers. Each of the dampers consists of oppositely arranged captivating plates, between which mesh elastic elements are located. Plates are rigidly connected to the cover and the base. Inside each of mesh elastic element there is additional damping element made in form of centrally located pistons, covered by coaxially arranged sleeves with gap. Sleeves is elastically connected by means of damping gaskets with base and cover. Each resilient mesh element is made combined from meshy frame filled with elastomer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
