SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely a heterocyclic compound of formula (Ia), or a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where R¹ is -CONR'R'' or -CN; R² and R³ are independently selected from H, C₁-C₆alkyl, C₃-C₆cycloalkyl; where alkyl in the definition of R² or R³ independently and optionally substituted with -OH, C₁-C₃alkoxy, -NR'R'', -C(O)NR'R'' or -NR'C(O)R''; and each of R' and R'' is independently selected from hydrogen, C₁-C₆alkyl, 6-membered saturated heterocyclyl containing one heteroatom N; wherein each alkyl and heterocyclyl are optionally and independently substituted with -C(O)(C₁-C₆alkoxy) or -NH₂; provided that R² and R³ are not both hydrogen.
