FIELD: chemical or physical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a compound of formula (I). Method comprises (a) treating a compound of formula (II) with ammonia to obtain a compound of formula (III) and (b) treating the product obtained in step (a) with 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate to protect a nitrogen atom in a piperidine ring, adding N,N-carbonyldiimidazole as a carbonylation agent and adding diethylamine to remove protection from the nitrogen atom in the piperidine ring. Invention also relates to a method of producing trans-7-oxo-6-sulphoxy-1,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxamide, which involves obtaining a compound of formula (I) using said method and treating the obtained compound by hydrogenation and treatment with a SO3 complex.
EFFECT: disclosed methods enable to obtain desired products with high output and sufficient purity.
