SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an optically-active diazabicyclooctane derivative represented by a formula (F), where R1 denotes CO2R, CO2M or CONH2, where R denotes a methyl group, tert-butyl group, an allyl group, benzyl group or 2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl group, and M denotes a hydrogen atom, inorganic cation selected from lithium, potassium, sodium, or an organic cation, wherein organic cation is ammonium salt formed from an amine selected from cyclohexylamine; and R2 denotes a benzyl group or an allyl group. Also invention relates to a method of producing a compound of formula (F) and intermediate compounds, to intermediate compounds, crystalline forms of compound of formula (F), as well as use of formula (F) as a pharmaceutical intermediate compound for producing β-lactamase inhibitor, and method for production thereof.

EFFECT: novel derivatives of (2S,5R)-7-oxo-1,6-diazabicyclo[3,2,1]octane-2-carboxylic acid, as well as crystalline forms thereof, useful in synthesis of β-lactamase inhibitor.
