EFFECT: ensure the vertical dipping of the circuit blocks in a capacity containing the coolant in such a way that each of the different blocks can be independently extracted, replaced, updated from the service capacity, prevention of even cooling through all installation intervals, the appearance of inexpediently high liquid flow rates at the respective points of connection with the capacity, the expansion of the scaling ability, increase of operation reliability.
