SUBSTANCE: two-branch DC transmission substation contains a grounding that is connected through the switches to the converter bridges of the two branches that are connected by another pole through a series of reactors connected to the line. To the common points of the branch switches and the branch the diagonals of the bridge are connected, formed by two bipolar switches, to the other diagonal of which the poles of the backup bridge are connected.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of a two-branch DC transmission substation.
