FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle contains a housing with an internal acoustic oscillation generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, tubes for supplying air and liquid. Body is made in the form of a glass with a bottom. Body has a cylindrical cavity for supplying liquid through a tube located in the lid, in the upper part of which there is a fixing upper part of the rod of the rod gas-jet radiator in the nozzle, made in the cover. Upper part of the rod is hingedly connected to the lower part of the radiator in the cover of at least one fixing disc made in the form of at least three elastic lobes interacting with the inner surface of the conical opening of the cover. Between the hole in the bottom of the body and the outer surface of the nozzle cover is a slotted channel, through which the liquid enters. Between the inner surface of the tapered hole and the outer surface of the lower part of the rod, an annular channel is provided through which the atomizing agent enters. External diffuser of the atomizer is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle body. Internal perforated diffuser is fixed to the conical surface of the rod jet-edge generator in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the jet-edge generator. Additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher efficiency of spraying.
