FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle with a spraying diffuser contains housing with located inside acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, tubes for air and liquid supply, housing is made in the form of a vertically arranged cylindrical bushing, in the upper part of which an air supply tube is located, and a liquid supply tube is arranged perpendicular to its axis, wherein inside the housing, coaxially with it, a bushing with upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed, at that, the lower flange is rigidly fixed in the groove made in the housing, and inside the bushing and coaxially to it an annular volumetric resonator made in the form of a cup with a conical surface is located, at that, the cup is pressed in on a rod with a resonator diameter d, and in its tail part fixing disks are arranged, made in the form of resilient tabs, interacting with the bushing inner surface, and in the lower flange at least one nozzle is arranged at an angle to the axis of the resonator, which value lies in the following interval of values: 20°÷40°, at that, the nozzle axis extension lies on the circle located in the middle part of the of the resonator conical surface, wherein the ratio of the annular volumetric resonator height h1 to the distance h between the conical surface upper base and the housing lower end surface lies in the optimal range of values: h1/h=1÷3; ratio of resonator cup inner diameter d1 to its external cylindrical surface diameter d2 lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d2=0.7÷0.9; ratio of resonator cup inner diameter d1 to the its rod diameter d, lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d = 1÷3; ratio of resonator cup inner diameter d1 to the annular volumetric resonator height h1 lies in the optimal range of values: d1/h1=1÷2, external diffuser of the sprayer is coaxially attached to the nozzle body lower part, and to the conical surface of the rod gas jet generator in the form of resonator the internal perforated diffuser is fixed in such a way that the external and internal diffusers output sections lie in the same plane, which is perpendicular to the axis of the gas jet generator. Additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.
