FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle with a spray diffuser comprising a housing with an internal acoustic oscillation generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, tubes for supplying air and liquid, body is made in the form of a vertically arranged cylindrical bushing, in the upper part of which there is a tube for supplying air, and a tube for supplying liquid is arranged perpendicular to its axis, and a sleeve with a top and a bottom flange is rigidly fixed inside the housing, the bottom flange being rigidly fixed in the bore provided in the housing, and an annular volume resonator arranged in the form of a cup with a conical surface is disposed inside the sleeve coaxially with it, the cup being pressed on a rod with a diameter d of the resonator, and in its tail part fixing disks are arranged, made in the form of resilient tabs, interacting with the bushing inner surface, and in the lower flange at least one nozzle is arranged at an angle to the axis of the resonator, which value lies in the following interval of values: 20÷40°, at that, the nozzle axis extension lies on the circle located in the middle part of the of the resonator conical surface, wherein the ratio of the annular volumetric resonator height h1 to the distance h between the conical surface upper base and the housing lower end surface lies in the optimal range of values: h1/h=1÷3; ratio of inner diameter d1 cups of resonator to diameter d2 its external cylindrical surface lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d2=0.7÷0.9; ratio of inner diameter d1 the resonator cups to the diameter d of its rod lies in the optimal range of values: d1/d=1÷3; ratio of inner diameter d1 the resonator cups to the height h1 The annular volume resonator lies in the optimal range of values: d1/h1=1÷2, characterized in that an external diffuser of the atomizer is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle body, and an inner perforated diffuser is attached to the end surface of the rod gas-jet radiator, in the form of a resonator, in such a way that the output cross-sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the gas-jet radiator, and a cylindrical shell with a perforated plate is attached to the cut of the external diffuser and the internal perforated diffuser lying in one plane, by means of at least three extensions, and an additional resonator is attached to the central part of the stretches, at least three calibrated resonant chokes are located on the lateral surface of which the frequencies of acoustic oscillations are regulated by the selection of diameters and the length of the throttles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
