FIELD: machine building; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Disadvantage of the prototype is a relatively low drying performance of the final product. In a drying plant with an inert attachment comprising a housing with a gas distribution grid and a material injection nozzle, and a heated chamber is arranged coaxially within the housing, to the bottom of which a pipe with radial holes and an expanding nozzle with a gas distribution grid is connected for supplying an additional heat carrier. Nozzles for spraying the product are made in the form of at least one acoustic nozzle comprising a housing with an internal acoustic oscillation generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, air and liquid supplying nozzles, acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having annular throttle opening with external diameter dc formed by nozzle cut and a resonator rod of diameter dst and an annular volumetric resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outer diameter dp in the fastener, while cavity of volume resonator is separated from nozzle cutoff at distance b, and the air inlet branch pipe is located perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is connected to an annular cavity formed by a roller and an inner surface of the housing, while on platen there is fixed cage with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also resonator rod is coaxially fixed, and sprayed liquid is supplied through branch pipe perpendicular to housing axis into annular hollow formed by casing and outer nozzle surface, wherein one end of casing being made solid and connected to housing. To the nozzle shell, an external diffuser is coaxially attached, and an inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastener of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volumetric resonator. Additional diffuser of the flow, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, is coaxially attached to the external diffuser of the acoustic nozzle, on the end part of which on the opposite side of the diffuser, a perforated plate is fixed.
EFFECT: increasing drying performance.
