FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. In an apparatus for drying solutions and suspensions in the fluidized bed of inert bodies, comprising a drying chamber with a movable gas distribution grating in its lower part, made in the form of a rotating hollow perforated cylinder, which is in mesh with the toothed drum, the exhausted dusted gases undergo preliminary acoustic treatment in the acoustic installation. Acoustic nozzle contains a housing with an acoustic oscillation generator inside the form of a nozzle and a resonator. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the annular cavity resonator fastening element with the resonator rod so, that output sections of external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to annular volume resonator axis.
EFFECT: increase in drying performance.
