FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Solutions and suspensions dryer contains a housing in which an acoustic pneumatic nozzle is located for the drying material supply, which is sprayed under the action of flue gases with a temperature of up to 900 °C, formed during the drying process granules of the material fall onto the gas distribution grid and finish drying in the fluidized bed created by the heat carrier entering the housing lower part under the grate with a temperature of up to 200 °C, which comes through the lower part of the body, separated from the body conical part by a gas distribution grid by means of a cup with a perforated bottom, through which comes a heat carrier with a temperature of up to 200 °C, and the heat carrier is removed through the gas distribution grid holes into a trapping system consisting of an acoustic installation, a cyclone and a bag filter. External diffuser is coaxially attached to nozzle casing, and to fastening element of annular cavity resonator with resonator rod inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached in such a way, that external and internal diffusers output sections lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volumetric resonator.
EFFECT: increase in drying performance.
