FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disperse materials drying technique in fluidized bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries, in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. This is achieved by the fact, that in a suspended layer dryer with an inert attachment comprising a housing with a gas distribution grid in the form of a package of grids assembled from springs arranged in the same plane and connected to vibrating plates, and with an inert attachment, nozzle, a vibrating mechanism made in the form of plates mounted in the dryer housing with the possibility of rotation relative to the axes, additional plates of different lengths are rigidly fixed on the vibrating plates in staggered order, at an angle to vibrating plates lying in the range, for example, 80…40°, wherein the free vertices of the additional plates on the right vibrating plate face upwards, and at the left are down, wherein in the lower part of the body there is a trapping system, which includes an acoustic installation where the acoustic agglomeration of small particles occurs, a cyclone and a baghouse filter with a hopper, and the nozzle is made acoustic in the form of a housing with placed inside an acoustic oscillations generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, nozzles for air and liquid supply, acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having annular throttle opening with external diameter dc formed by nozzle cut and resonator rod with diameter dct, and an annular volumetric resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outer diameter dp in the fastener, wherein the volumetric resonator cavity is spaced apart from the cut of the nozzle at a distance b, and the air supply branch pipe is located perpendicular to the housing axis and is connected to an annular cavity formed by a roller and an inner surface of the housing, wherein on the roller a cage with throttling holes coaxial with the annular throttle opening is fixed, and the resonant rod is coaxially fixed, and sprayed liquid is supplied through branch pipe perpendicular to housing axis into annular cavity formed by casing and outer nozzle surface, wherein one end of casing is made solid and connected to housing, and in the other end, which encloses the conical nozzle, throttling openings are made coaxial with the ring throttle opening, while on the side opposite to the cavity resonator, there is provided an adjusting device in the form of a handwheel with a gland that is mounted on the free end of the roller, and the ratio of the length h of the annular cavity resonator to the distance b from the open surface of the cavity of the cavity resonator to the nozzle section lies in the optimal range of values h/b = 0.7÷1.3; ratio of the annular volumetric resonator outer diameter dp to the resonator rod outer cylindrical surface diameter dct lies in the optimal range of values: dp/dct=1.2÷1.9; the ratio of the nozzle annular throttle opening diameter dc to the resonator rod outer cylindrical surface diameter dct lies in the optimal range of values: dc/dct=1.1÷1.7, and an external diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the annular volumetric resonator fastening element with the resonator rod so, that the external and internal diffusers output sections lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volumetric resonator.

EFFECT: increasing drying performance.
