SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, specifically to compositions of wear-resistant iron-based alloys. Invention can used to manufacture parts that work in high wear and friction conditions. Wear-resistant iron-based alloy contains, wt%: carbon 3.0–3.5; manganese 20.0–24.0; tellurium 0.001–0.002; cobalt 0.3–0.4; boron 0.25–0.35; samarium 0.05–0.1; iron – the rest.
EFFECT: alloy has high wear resistance.
