FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to obstetrics and gynaecology. Clothing for monitoring has a knitted tubular form, with varying elasticity. In this case, it has a first plurality of knitted lines, each said line is interwoven with at least one non-conductive yarn. And also has a second multiplicity of conductive textile electrodes for sensing maternal and fetal electrical vital signals, which are tied into the clothes for the mother. Each said conductive textile electrode has: a third plurality of vertically aligned linear segments, in which each said segment is formed within said knitted lines with a non-conductive filament and a conductive thread. And a surface facing the skin, configured to electrically conduct said signal from the adjacent outer surface area of a pregnant woman, including the stomach, perineum and buttocks of a pregnant woman. Moreover, said second plurality of conductive textile electrodes are preconfigured as measuring electrodes and reference electrodes, that are selectively connected in pairs by a clothing control device. This textile electrode is adapted to be included in the communication flow with the processor. Method is realized by means of the claimed device.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to carry out continuous monitoring of the fetal and maternal status in real time, regardless of gestation and fetal position.
