METHOD OF DAILY MONITORING OF THE FETAL AND MATERNAL CONDITION IN THE ANTENATAL PREGNANCY PERIOD AND THE DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/245 A61B8/02

Abstract RU 2656518 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method of daily monitoring of the fetal and maternal condition in the antenatal pregnancy period is carried out with the device. Device for daily monitoring of the fetal and maternal condition in the antenatal pregnancy period contains sensors for recording the future mother’s heart signals (1) and sensors for recording fetal heart signals (2), placed on the future mother’s belly, mechanisms of data transfer (7) to post-processing devices, a system for storing the obtained data and estimating them in comparison with reference samples. Pre-assembled complex of acoustic sensors for recording the mother's heart sound signals is installed on the front surface of her chest at the point of the best audibility of the signals of the second heart sound of the mother's heart. Complex of acoustic sensors for recording ambient noise (3) is oriented into the outer space. At the same time, in a continuous flow of heart sound signals of the mother, a moment of absence of the mother's heart sound is determined and at that moment the external noise level is measured. Ratio of the amplitudes of said signals is determined and the attenuation ratio of external noise and interferences is calculated, to which the external noise signals are multiplied before being summed with the signals of the mother's heart sounds. Similar procedure is performed for fetal heart sound signals and external noises to proportionally attenuate external noise and interferences before subtracting from the recorded fetal heart sounds.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability, timely implementation of diagnosis and prognosis of the fetus and the pregnant in the antenatal pregnancy period is achieved.
