SUBSTANCE: method involves retrieving a water object from fishing gear and cooling it with a cooling medium. As a cooling medium, a mixture of sea water and dry ice at the ratio of 3:1 is used. Cooling is carried out at the ratio of trepang-cooling medium as 1:3-4.
EFFECT: invention ensures storage of raw materials for up to 20 days.
