SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry. Method for co-culture of mature adipocytes with rat cells is proposed. Method includes the isolation of mature adipocytes from fat tissue of rats, the production in monoculture of a monolayer of attached to the insert adipocytes, formation of a layer of rat cells on the bottom of the vessel, filling the entire volume of the vessel with the nutrient solution and placing the insert with the adipocyte monolayer over it.

EFFECT: invention provides for the same-type localization of adipocytes in the volume of the culture vessel, and also the possibility of microscopic observation of the state of all cellular populations.
