FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cell medicine and nephrology, and concerns treatment of renal failure. That is ensured by preparing donor foetal material, except human, containing monoculture or mixed culture of cell population including culture of stem cells consisting of haemopoetic and mesenchymal cells. Said cells are recovered as a suspension from foetal bone marrow of tubular bones and/or as a culture of progenitor cells, from epithelial and mesenchymal cells from foetal kidneys. Further, primary cell suspension of said cells is cultivated to monolayer condition in nutritious growth medium DMEM/F-12 in the ratio 1:1 with 10% veal serum and 0.02% gentamycin added. Then the prepared cell donor material is introduced to an object of treatment as suspended in physiologic saline with concentration of cell elements 5 to 20 million cells per 1 kg of weight of object of treatment.
EFFECT: owing to use of mixed culture of marrow and mesenchymal stem cells of foetal kidneys, the method provides effective normalisation of renal function indicators in acute chronic or chronic renal failure during 4-11 days after intraparenchymal or intravenous introduction of specified suspended cells.
