FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: initiator of the explosion is placed in the test box of the model of the explosive object. The model is equipped with transport and suspension systems. The explosion protection element is installed above the hole in the upper part of the layout. At the aperture, symmetrically with respect to its axis, four support rods are mounted, telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports embedded in the panel of the explosion-proof element. Outside the support rods coaxially arranged resilient damping elements, made in the form of conical sleeves made of polyurethane. The smaller base of the conical bushes rests against the armoured metal cover of the explosion-proof element, and the larger base lies in the stop sheets located at the top of the support rods. In the side of the model, there is an additional explosion-proof element identical to the explosion-proof element installed in its upper part.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection for process equipment and people against emergency situations by means of emergency situation development prediction in event of accident at explosive hazard facility.
