FIELD: safety systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. This is achieved by the fact that, in the device for simulating an explosive situation, containing a simulator of an explosive object installed on stands with an explosion initiator, have a protective cover and a tray (the cover with the tray represent a single closed structure formed around the explosive object simulator located in the test bench, while the simulator is equipped with a transport and suspended systems and the protective cover is multilayered and consists of a turned inside towards the simulator aluminium layer and a rubber and percale layers and the model of the explosive object is equipped with the analysed on the bench: an explosion-proof element installed above the hole in the upper part of the simulator, which consists of an armoured metal frame with armored metal plating and lead filler, and in the upper part of the simulator, near the hole, symmetrically relative to its axis, there are four support rods telescopically fitted in fixed branch pipes-supports, embedded into the panel of the explosion-proof element and for fixation of the limit position of the panel to the ends of support rods are welded retainer sheets; it is additionally equipped with an explosion-proof element installed in the side part of the simulator and identical to the explosion-proof element installed in the upper part of the simulator, and on the outer side of the simulator, near the explosion-proof elements, there are installed armour-clad video cameras.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of protection of process equipment and human resources from emergencies due to a possibility to predict development of the emergency situations in case of an accident at an explosive object.
