FIELD: safety systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. This is achieved by the fact that in the device for modeling the explosive situation containing a mock-up of an explosive object mounted on racks with an explosion initiator installed in it, a protective cover and a pallet, the cover with the pallet is a single closed structure that is formed around the model of the explosive object, which is located in the test box, where the model is equipped with the transport and suspension systems, and the protective cover is made multilayered and consists of the aluminum layer that is inward-facing in relation to the model, as well as the rubber and percale layers, the model of the explosive object is equipped with the object that is studied at the stand: the explosion-proof element that is installed above the hole in the upper part of the layout, which consists of the armored metal frame with the armored metal shell and with the filler – lead, and in the upper part of the layout, near the opening, symmetrically in relation to its axis, four support rods are inserted, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe-supports, which are embedded in the panel of the explosion-proof element, and the brake sheets are welded to the ends of the support rods in order to fix the limit position of the panel, it is additionally equipped with the explosion-proof element that is installed in the side part of the model, which is identical to the explosion-proof element that is installed in the top part of the model, and on the outer side of the model, next to the explosion-proof elements, video cameras in armored version are arranged.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of protection of process equipment and human resources from emergencies due to a possibility to predict development of the emergency situations in case of an accident at an explosive object.
