FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, in particular to an apparatus and a method for dispensing parts (1) of a mass with a dispensing and shaping thereof, capable of pumping, viscous or doughy masses (2). Device includes mass supply line (4) for supplying mass (2) through mass outlet opening (38) into a separating region (11) located outside mass supply line (4). Gas nozzle arrangement (39) is provided for supplying one or more gas jets (7), directed onto the mass located in the separating region and for the shaping separation of the mass body (1).
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will simplify the design of the device for dispensing parts of viscous masses with their dosing and shaping, as well as increase reliability of its operation.
