FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid medium pulsating jet creation device from fluid medium subjected to action of pressure and can be used for workpiece surface processing by means of gas-flame spraying or plasma sputtering and/or electric-arc sputtering. Besides, device can be used for flash removal from workpiece, and/or dirt removal from workpiece, and/or for layers removal from workpiece. Device can also be used to act on workpiece surface by fluid medium in form of washing alkali, and/or water and/or emulsion, first of all water-and-oil emulsion, and/or oil. Besides, device can be used for workpiece surface sealing by acting on workpiece surface with fluid medium, first of all using water. Device comprises pipelines system, which contains, at least, one nozzle, which has nozzle head, from which fluid medium pulsating jet can be discharged from fluid medium subjected to action of pressure. Device has chamber, in which pressure waves generating device is made to create fluid medium pressure waves. Chamber communicates with pipelines system through outlet hole for generated fluid medium pressure waves. Device also includes control device for controlling over fluid medium pressure waves amplitude in pipeline system, at least, in front of one nozzle mouth. Using control device Helmholtz number He:=L/λ formed from path length quotient for fluid medium pressure waves between outlet chamber and, at least, one nozzle mouth, at least, one nozzle in pipeline system and pressure waves in pipeline system wavelength can be adjusted. In device there is reservoir for workpieces, in which provided possibility of action on workpiece with fluid medium pulsating jet. Besides, in plant, there is fluid medium collection device, which is connected to delivery pump for collected fluid medium return into jet generation device. In workpiece opening walls processing device to create jet wall holes are treated from nozzle by means of high pressure fluid medium pulsating jet. Relative to workpiece nozzle is rotationally displaced around opening axis and translationally moved in opening axis direction. In method of workpiece section improving workpiece section is coated with surface coating, whereby at second stage coating is treated by high pressure fluid medium pulsating jet.
EFFECT: group of inventions technical result consists in improvement of workpieces sections due to sealing by action of fluid medium pulsating jet.
