SUBSTANCE: invention relates to interface means for managing objects of a virtual network interface. Management system of interface objects of a virtual network contains a set of resource copies implemented by computers; coordinator of the virtual network interface and configured to change, in response to receiving a request for changing the properties of interface record, and interface record properties include Internet Protocol addresses and a group of security properties. Attachment request is received to attach the interface entry to the resource copy; and in response to receiving an attachment request: attaching an interface record to a resource copy; wherein the interface recording attachment initiates one or more computer configuration changes, implementing a running resource copy to ensure that the executable copy receives traffic resources directed to one or more IP addresses of the interface record through the network interface card of one or more computers, which implement a running copy of the resource, in accordance with a group of security properties.

EFFECT: technical result consists in optimizing the process of managing network settings using interface records.
