SUBSTANCE: for treatment of atrophic vaginitis by injection, volumizing gels based on stabilized hyaluronic acid with a density of 10 to 25 mg/g, as well as mannitol or sorbitol antioxidants are injected vaginally and perineally. Implantation is carried out in the lower third of the vagina, in the epithalamic commissure, the posterior third of the labia minora and the vagina vestibule.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of non-hormonal treatment by slowing down the process of hyaluronic acid elimination, sanitation, moisturizing the vaginal mucosa and normalizing its microbiocenosis, with antioxidants, while preventing recurrence.
