Solution, which is a volumetric additive to the intercellular matrix for the rehabilitation, prevention, and elimination of vulvovaginitis and vaginitis in women, containing at least a water-soluble salt of hyaluronic acid, phosphate buffer, sodium hydrogen sulphate, sodium chloride, 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and distilled water, with the following content of ingredients, mg/ml: phosphate buffer in the form of a mixture of distilled water – 954.0–955.0, Na2HPO4⋅7H2O – 14.0–15.0, NaH2PO4⋅H2O – 2.0–3.0; sodium chloride – 5.0–6.0, sodium hydrogen sulphate – 1.5–2.5, 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether is not more than 0.002, water-soluble salt of hyaluronic acid – 10–28.

EFFECT: said invention can be used for rehabilitation, prevention and elimination of vulvovaginitis and vaginitis.
